Privacy notice

Ndlovu & Associates respects your privacy. We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). This notice explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it and what your rights are.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, telephone number, the type of matter and the description you write. If you call or email us, we keep the details you share in that conversation.

Why we collect it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to arrange a consultation and, if you become a client, to act on your matter. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell them.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only where it is needed to act for you (for example with a court, the other party’s legal representative, or a service provider such as our website host and email provider), or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to respond and to meet our legal and professional record-keeping obligations. Information is stored with reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.

Cookies and third parties

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads. WordPress may set essential cookies if you log in to the site.

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it is used. To do so, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
